Tyre Flips
  1. 1 - Begin by standing in front of the tire with your feet shoulder-width apart. Bend your knees and hips to lower your body into a squat position.
  2. 2 - Reach down and grip the underside of the tire with both hands. Your fingers should be underneath, and your thumbs on top for a secure hold.
  3. 3 - Engage your core, leg muscles, and back as you lift the tire off the ground. Use an explosive upward motion to bring the tire to a balanced, upright position.
  4. 4 - To flip the tire, push it forward and away from your body. This action should be powerful and controlled. Use your legs and hips to generate the force needed for the flip.
  5. 5 - Once the tire is in motion, let it fall to the ground.
  6. 6 - Reset your starting position and repeat the process for the desired number of repetitions.
