Band Pull Apart
  1. 1 - Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold a resistance band with an overhand grip that is slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.
  2. 2 - Begin with your arms extended in front of you at shoulder height.
  3. 3 - Keeping your arms straight, pull the band apart by squeezing your shoulder blades together.
  4. 4 - Continue pulling the band until your hands are at your sides and your arms are extended out to your sides.
  5. 5 - Slowly return to the starting position with control.
  6. 6 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
