Kettlebell Front Squat
- 1 - Begin by holding a kettlebell close to your chest with both hands. You can either hold the kettlebell by the handle or by the horns (the sides of the handle).
- 2 - Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- 3 - Engage your core and keep your chest up with a straight back.
- 4 - Lower your body into a squat by bending at your hips and knees. Keep your knees in line with your toes.
- 5 - Continue to squat down until your thighs are at least parallel to the ground, or as far as your mobility allows.
- 6 - Push through your heels to stand back up to the starting position.
- 7 - Repeat the movement for your desired number of repetitions.
