Single-Leg Leg Press
  1. 1 - Sit on the leg press machine with your back against the seat and your feet on the platform.
  2. 2 - Lift one foot off the platform, keeping your knee bent.
  3. 3 - Push the platform away using the other leg until it’s fully extended, keeping the working foot on the platform.
  4. 4 - Lower the platform back down with control, maintaining tension in your leg muscles.
  5. 5 - Switch to the other leg and repeat the movement.
