Machine Single-Leg Leg Press
- 1 - Sit on the leg press machine with your back against the seat and your feet on the platform.
- 2 - Lift one foot off the platform, keeping your knee bent.
- 3 - Push the platform away using the other leg until it’s fully extended, keeping the working foot on the platform.
- 4 - Lower the platform back down with control, maintaining tension in your leg muscles.
- 5 - Switch to the other leg and repeat the movement.
