Shuffle
- 1 - Start in a boxing stance with your knees slightly bent and weight on the balls of your feet.
- 2 - Lift your right foot and quickly shift it a short distance to the right.
- 3 - Follow by bringing your left foot to meet your right foot, maintaining a low stance.
- 4 - Shuffle to the left by lifting your left foot and shifting it to the side.
- 5 - Bring your right foot to meet your left, keeping a quick and controlled shuffle motion.
- 6 - Continue this lateral shuffle movement, staying light on your feet.
