Freestyle Stroke
- 1 - Start by floating on your stomach in the water.
- 2 - Extend your arms forward and kick your legs gently to maintain a horizontal position.
- 3 - Rotate your body to the side, inhale, and then exhale by turning your face back into the water.
- 4 - Perform a flutter kick, keeping your legs straight with a slight bend in the knees.
- 5 - Begin the arm stroke by pulling one arm underwater in a circular motion, while the other arm extends forward.
- 6 - As the pulling arm reaches your hip, lift it out of the water and bring it back to the front for the next stroke.
- 7 - Coordinate your arm movements with your breathing, inhaling during the recovery phase and exhaling when your face is in the water.
- 8 - Practice the freestyle technique, gradually increasing speed and efficiency over time.
