Neck Circle Stretch
  1. 1 - Begin by sitting or standing with your back straight and your shoulders relaxed.
  2. 2 - Drop your chin towards your chest, slowly and gently.
  3. 3 - From this position, start rotating your head in a circular motion to the right.
  4. 4 - Move your right ear towards your right shoulder, then let your head fall backward, and finally, bring your left ear towards your left shoulder.
  5. 5 - Continue the circular motion, making smooth and controlled movements.
  6. 6 - Perform several rotations to the right.
  7. 7 - Reverse the direction by rotating your head in a circular motion to the left.
  8. 8 - Move your left ear towards your left shoulder, then let your head fall backward, and finally, bring your right ear towards your right shoulder.
