Barbell Squat Jump
  1. 1 - Begin with a barbell on your upper back, just as you would for a regular barbell squat.
  2. 2 - Lower your body into a squat position by bending your knees and pushing your hips back. Keep your back straight and chest up.
  3. 3 - From the squat position, explode upward using your leg muscles to jump off the ground.
  4. 4 - Land softly, bending your knees slightly to absorb the impact.
  5. 5 - Perform the squat jump motion for your desired number of repetitions.
