World’s Greatest Stretch
- 1 - Start in a standing position with your feet hip-width apart.
- 2 - Take a step forward with your right leg into a lunge position.
- 3 - Place your hands on the ground on either side of your right foot.
- 4 - Drop your hips down slightly to feel the stretch in your hip flexors and quadriceps.
- 5 - Rotate your right arm upward, extending it toward the ceiling, creating a twist in your upper body.
- 6 - Keep your left hand on the ground and look up at your right hand.
- 7 - Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds, breathing deeply.
- 8 - Repeat the stretch on the other side by stepping your left foot forward and following the same steps.
