Wrist Circles
  1. 1 - Stand or sit in a comfortable position with your arms extended in front of you at shoulder height.
  2. 2 - Extend your arms straight out in front of you with your palms facing down.
  3. 3 - Begin by making small circular motions with your wrists. Imagine you are drawing circles with your fingertips. Start with clockwise circles.
  4. 4 - As you get comfortable with the movement, gradually make the circles larger. You can make the circles as big or as small as you like, depending on your comfort and flexibility.
  5. 5 - After performing clockwise circles, switch to counterclockwise circles. Continue making the circles with your wrists in the opposite direction.
  6. 6 - Continue the wrist circles for about 15-30 seconds in each direction. You can adjust the duration based on your preference.
