1 - Stand or sit in a comfortable position with your arms extended in front of you at shoulder height.
2 - Extend your arms straight out in front of you with your palms facing down.
3 - Begin by making small circular motions with your wrists. Imagine you are drawing circles with your fingertips. Start with clockwise circles.
4 - As you get comfortable with the movement, gradually make the circles larger. You can make the circles as big or as small as you like, depending on your comfort and flexibility.
5 - After performing clockwise circles, switch to counterclockwise circles. Continue making the circles with your wrists in the opposite direction.
6 - Continue the wrist circles for about 15-30 seconds in each direction. You can adjust the duration based on your preference.
