Jump Squat
- 1 - Begin by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- 2 - Lower your body into a squat position by bending your knees and pushing your hips back.
- 3 - Keep your back straight and chest up during the squat.
- 4 - Explosively push through your heels to jump as high as you can.
- 5 - Extend your arms overhead as you jump.
- 6 - Land softly, bending your knees to absorb the impact.
- 7 - Immediately go into the next squat.
