Jump Squat
  1. 1 - Begin by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. 2 - Lower your body into a squat position by bending your knees and pushing your hips back.
  3. 3 - Keep your back straight and chest up during the squat.
  4. 4 - Explosively push through your heels to jump as high as you can.
  5. 5 - Extend your arms overhead as you jump.
  6. 6 - Land softly, bending your knees to absorb the impact.
  7. 7 - Immediately go into the next squat.
