Kettlebell Bent-Over Alternate Twist Row
  1. 1 - Stand with your feet hip-width apart. Hold a kettlebell in your right hand with your palm facing your body.
  2. 2 - Bend your knees slightly and hinge at your hips to lean forward. Keep your back straight, and let the kettlebell hang at arm’s length toward the floor.
  3. 3 - Exhale as you pull the kettlebell upward toward your right hip, bending your elbow and keeping it close to your body. Simultaneously, twist your torso to the right, bringing the kettlebell across your body.
  4. 4 - Pause briefly at the top of the movement, squeezing your back muscles.
  5. 5 - Inhale as you slowly lower the kettlebell back to the starting position, extending your arm fully.
  6. 6 - Repeat the row with your left hand while twisting your torso to the left side.
  7. 7 - Alternate between right and left sides for the desired number of repetitions.
