Dumbbell Shrug
  1. 1 - Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold a dumbbell in each hand with your palms facing your body.
  2. 2 - Relax your arms and allow the dumbbells to hang at your sides.
  3. 3 - Keeping your arms straight, raise your shoulders up toward your ears as high as you can.
  4. 4 - Hold the position for a moment, then slowly lower your shoulders back down to the starting position.
  5. 5 - Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
