Smith Machine Bench Press
- 1 - Set up the Smith machine bar at a height that allows you to reach it comfortably while lying on the bench.
- 2 - Lie on the bench with your eyes directly under the bar.
- 3 - Grip the bar with a slightly wider than shoulder-width grip.
- 4 - Unrack the bar and position it directly above your chest with your arms fully extended.
- 5 - Lower the bar to your chest in a controlled manner, keeping your elbows at around a 90-degree angle.
- 6 - Press the bar back up to the starting position, fully extending your arms.
- 7 - Keep your feet flat on the floor for stability.
- 8 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, ensuring proper form and control throughout.
