Medicine Ball Around Head Rotation
  1. 1 - Stand up straight with your feet hip-width apart. Hold a medicine ball with both hands, positioning it close to your chest. Keep your core engaged.
  2. 2 - Begin by rotating your torso to the right side. As you do this, extend your arms and hold the medicine ball in front of you. Your arms should be fully extended, and the medicine ball should be slightly above shoulder level.
  3. 3 - Now, start moving the medicine ball in a circular motion around your head, going in a clockwise direction. Keep your arms extended as you complete this rotation.
  4. 4 - After completing the clockwise rotation, bring the medicine ball back to the center of your chest.
  5. 5 - Next, rotate your torso to the left side and repeat the circular motion with the medicine ball around your head, this time in a counter-clockwise direction.
  6. 6 - After completing both clockwise and counter-clockwise rotations, return the medicine ball to your chest, completing one full repetition.
  7. 7 - Perform the desired number of repetitions. Start with a lower number and gradually increase as you become more comfortable with the movement.
