Dumbbell Renegade Row With Push-Up
- 1 - Begin in a plank position with a dumbbell in each hand.
- 2 - Perform a row with your right arm, lifting the dumbbell to your side.
- 3 - Lower the right dumbbell, then repeat the row with your left arm.
- 4 - After the left row, perform a push-up.
- 5 - Keep your body straight during the push-up.
- 6 - Return to the plank position.
- 7 - Repeat the sequence, alternating rows and finishing with a push-up.
