Barbell Bench Row With Underhand Grip
- 1 - Lie face down on a flat bench with your chest and upper abdomen resting on the bench.
- 2 - Reach down and grasp the barbell with both hands using an underhand (palms facing up) grip, hands shoulder-width apart.
- 3 - Keep your chest and head down on the bench. Your body should be in a straight line from head to heels.
- 4 - Exhale and pull the barbell toward your lower chest or upper abdomen, squeezing your shoulder blades together as you pull.
- 5 - Inhale and slowly lower the barbell back down, maintaining control.
- 6 - Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
