Lateral Hops
  1. 1 - Begin by standing with your feet together.
  2. 2 - Maintain a slight bend in your knees and keep your core engaged.
  3. 3 - Jump laterally to the right, landing softly on your right foot.
  4. 4 - Quickly push off your right foot and hop to the left, landing on your left foot.
  5. 5 - Continue hopping from side to side in a controlled, rhythmic motion.
  6. 6 - Use your arms for balance, swinging them in coordination with your jumps.
  7. 7 - Maintain a steady pace throughout the exercise.
