  1. 1 - Stand in front of a sturdy tire or rubber mat, feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. 2 - Grasp the sledgehammer with both hands, one hand near the head and the other lower on the handle for balance.
  3. 3 - Initiate the swing by slightly bending your hips and knees.
  4. 4 - As you swing the sledgehammer overhead, powerfully extend your hips and knees to generate force.
  5. 5 - Aim to strike the center of the tire with the head of the sledgehammer. Use controlled force for accuracy.
  6. 6 - Allow the sledgehammer to follow through naturally, swinging to the opposite side of your body.
  7. 7 - Alternate sides for each swing to work both sides evenly.
