Handstand Walk
  1. 1 - Start in a handstand position against a wall if you’re a beginner or kick up into a handstand.
  2. 2 - Maintain a straight body, engage your core, and balance on your hands.
  3. 3 - Begin to walk by moving one hand forward, followed by the other.
  4. 4 - Take small, controlled steps with your hands while keeping your body inverted.
  5. 5 - Maintain your balance and continue walking forward.
  6. 6 - To stop, gently lower yourself down or kick off the wall.
