In and Out Squat
  1. 1 - Begin with your feet wide apart, wider than shoulder-width.
  2. 2 - Lower your body into a wide squat by bending your knees and pushing your hips back.
  3. 3 - Lower yourself as far as comfortable while keeping your back straight.
  4. 4 - Explosively push up from the wide squat.
  5. 5 - While in the air, quickly bring your feet together.
  6. 6 - As you land, immediately push back up into the air.
  7. 7 - While in the air, quickly spread your feet wide apart.
  8. 8 - Land softly in the wide squat position and repeat the sequence.
