In and Out Squat
- 1 - Begin with your feet wide apart, wider than shoulder-width.
- 2 - Lower your body into a wide squat by bending your knees and pushing your hips back.
- 3 - Lower yourself as far as comfortable while keeping your back straight.
- 4 - Explosively push up from the wide squat.
- 5 - While in the air, quickly bring your feet together.
- 6 - As you land, immediately push back up into the air.
- 7 - While in the air, quickly spread your feet wide apart.
- 8 - Land softly in the wide squat position and repeat the sequence.
