Shield Carry
  1. 1 - Set up a large, heavy shield-like object.
  2. 2 - Stand in front of the shield with your feet shoulder-width apart.
  3. 3 - Bend at your hips and knees to get a secure grip on the handles or designated grips of the shield.
  4. 4 - Lift the shield off the ground using proper lifting technique, such as using your legs and maintaining a straight back.
  5. 5 - Carry the shield for a specified distance or as far as you can manage while maintaining control.
  6. 6 - Walk with the shield, keeping it balanced and stable, and maintaining an upright posture.
  7. 7 - Place the shield down safely when you’ve completed the designated distance or time.
