Kneeling Fist Roll
  1. 1 - Begin by kneeling on a comfortable surface, such as a yoga mat.
  2. 2 - Make fists with both of your hands, keeping your wrists straight.
  3. 3 - Start by gently rolling your fists in a circular motion, moving your wrists in one direction.
  4. 4 - Continue the circular motion for 10-15 seconds.
  5. 5 - Afterward, reverse the direction and roll your fists in the opposite direction for another 10-15 seconds.
