Kneeling Back Rotation
  1. 1 - Begin on all fours in a tabletop position, with your hands directly under your shoulders and knees under your hips.
  2. 2 - Inhale deeply, and as you exhale, extend your right arm straight up toward the ceiling, rotating your torso to the right.
  3. 3 - Hold this position for a moment to feel the stretch through your chest and shoulders.
  4. 4 - Exhale and lower your right hand back to the starting position on the ground.
  5. 5 - Repeat the stretch for the desired number of repetitions before switching to your left arm.
