  1. 1 - Stand with your feet together and your arms relaxed at your sides.
  2. 2 - Take a step to the right with your right foot, crossing your left foot behind it. Simultaneously, swing your left arm across your body to the right and bring your right arm out to the side.
  3. 3 - Cross your left foot over your right foot. As you do this, your arms should switch positions – your left arm moves to the side, and your right arm comes forward.
  4. 4 - Take a step to the left with your left foot, uncrossing your feet. At the same time, switch your arm positions – left arm forward, right arm to the side.
  5. 5 - Continue this side-to-side pattern, crossing one foot over the other with each step and alternately crossing your arms in front of you.
  6. 6 - Aim for a smooth and continuous movement, keeping your steps light and controlled.
  7. 7 - Once you’re comfortable going to the right, practice the same sequence to the left.
