  1. 1 - Begin on your hands and knees in a tabletop position. Your hands should be under your shoulders, and your knees under your hips.
  2. 2 - Brace your core to maintain a stable spine throughout the exercise.
  3. 3 - Simultaneously, lift your right arm straight forward and your left leg straight back. Keep them in line with your body.
  4. 4 - Balance for a moment, making sure your hips stay level and your back remains straight.
  5. 5 - Lower your arm and leg back to the starting position with control.
  6. 6 - Repeat the same movement with your left arm and right leg.
  7. 7 - Alternate between sides for the desired number of repetitions, focusing on stability and controlled movements.
