Barbell Floor Wiper
1 - Lie on your back on the floor with your legs extended and your arms extended above your chest, holding a barbell perpendicular to your body.
2 - Keep your legs together and on the floor.
3 - While keeping the barbell in the air with your arms, raise your legs up and to one side of the barbell, moving them diagonally.
4 - Lower your legs back down to the starting position.
5 - Raise your legs up and to the opposite side of the barbell, again moving them diagonally.
6 - Lower your legs back down to the starting position.
7 - Continue this leg-raising and diagonal movement on both sides, focusing on engaging your core muscles throughout.
