Sitting Dynamic Side Stretch
- 1 - Sit on the floor with your legs crossed, bringing your feet close to your hips.
- 2 - Cross your right leg in front of your left leg, if you’re comfortable doing so.
- 3 - Inhale and raise both arms straight up overhead.
- 4 - Exhale and lean to one side, reaching your left hand toward your left foot.
- 5 - Keep your right arm extended upward, and avoid bending your knees.
- 6 - Inhale as you return to an upright position with your arms overhead.
- 7 - Exhale and lean to the other side, reaching your right hand toward your right foot.
- 8 - Continue this dynamic movement from side to side, breathing rhythmically.
