Lateral Squat Walk
- 1 - Start by standing with your feet hip-width apart.
- 2 - Perform a squat by bending your knees and pushing your hips back.
- 3 - Lower your body as far as you can while keeping your back straight.
- 4 - Instead of standing back up, take a sideways step to the right with your right foot.
- 5 - Follow with your left foot, bringing it back to hip-width distance.
- 6 - Continue the side squat walk to the right for a set distance or time.
- 7 - To switch directions, start with a squat and step to the left.
- 8 - Maintain proper squat form throughout the exercise
