Altitude Landing
- 1 - Choose a stable platform or box of a specific height that suits your training goals. Beginners should start with lower heights, while more advanced individuals can use higher platforms.
- 2 - Stand on the edge of the platform with your toes close to the edge and your heels hanging off. Maintain good posture with your chest up and shoulders back.
- 3 - Step off the platform or box, allowing yourself to drop straight down to the ground. Focus on keeping your body relaxed during this phase.
- 4 - As you land, bend your knees and hips to absorb the impact. Aim to land with a soft and controlled landing, minimizing noise and impact.
- 5 - Immediately upon landing, explode upward using a powerful jump. Swing your arms upward to assist in the upward movement.
- 6 - Land back on the platform or box with both feet, ensuring a stable landing.
