Neck Rotation Stretch
- 1 - Begin by sitting or standing with your back straight and your head in a level position, looking straight ahead.
- 2 - Gently and smoothly rotate your head to the right as far as it comfortably goes without tilting or holding it there.
- 3 - Return your head to the center.
- 4 - Then, smoothly rotate your head to the left as far as it comfortably goes without holding it there.
- 5 - Continue this controlled neck rotation from side to side, without stopping or holding the position at the end of the movement.
- 6 - Perform this motion for about 30 seconds to 1 minute, maintaining a smooth and controlled pace.
