Above Head Chest Stretch
  1. 1 - Stand up tall with your feet hip-width apart.
  2. 2 - Interlace your fingers with your palms facing upward.
  3. 3 - Extend your arms straight in front of you at chest level.
  4. 4 - Inhale deeply and lift your arms above your head. Keep your palms facing upward and your arms close to your ears.
  5. 5 - Feel the stretch in your chest and the front of your shoulders.
  6. 6 - Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds while maintaining steady breathing.
  7. 7 - Exhale and lower your arms back down to chest level.
