Icelandic Cross Carry
  1. 1 - Locate a heavy and typically awkwardly shaped object, such as the Húsafell Stone or a similar stone or weight.
  2. 2 - Stand next to the object with your feet shoulder-width apart and your chest up.
  3. 3 - Bend at your hips and knees to get a firm grip on the object, usually holding it under or hugging it tightly to your chest.
  4. 4 - Lift the object off the ground, maintaining a straight back and engaging your core muscles.
  5. 5 - Start walking with the object for a predetermined distance, often over a designated course or as far as you can manage.
