Forward Flexion Neck Stretch
  1. 1 - Sit or stand with your back straight and your shoulders relaxed.
  2. 2 - Begin with your head in a neutral position, looking straight ahead.
  3. 3 - Slowly lower your chin toward your chest, bringing your head into a forward tilt.
  4. 4 - You should feel a stretch along the back of your neck.
  5. 5 - Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds, taking deep breaths.
  6. 6 - Gently return your head to the neutral position.
