Barbell Bent-Over Row
- 1 - Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, and grasp a barbell with an overhand grip, with your hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.
- 2 - Bend forward at the waist, keeping your back straight, until your torso is parallel to the floor. Your arms should be fully extended, and the barbell should be hanging at arm's length.
- 3 - Pull the barbell towards your chest, keeping your elbows close to your body. Focus on squeezing your shoulder blades together as you lift the weight.
- 4 - Hold the weight for a second, and then slowly lower it back to the starting position.
- 5 - Repeat for the desired number of reps.
