Medicine Ball Vertical Toss
  1. 1 - Start in a squat position, holding a medicine ball with both hands at ground level.
  2. 2 - Explosively extend your hips and knees, tossing the medicine ball vertically into the air.
  3. 3 - Let it drop to the ground and repeat the movement for the desired number of reps.
