Towel Shoulder Stretch
- 1 - Stand or sit up straight with your feet hip-width apart.
- 2 - Extend your right arm straight in front of you at shoulder height.
- 3 - Bend your right elbow at a 90-degree angle, with your palm facing down.
- 4 - Reach your left arm behind your back and bend your left elbow, extending it upward.
- 5 - Attempt to clasp your hands behind your back.
- 6 - If you can’t reach your hands, use a strap, towel, or a shirt to bridge the gap between your hands. Hold the ends of the strap in each hand.
- 7 - Feel the stretch in your right shoulder and the front of your right arm..
- 8 - Release the stretch and switch to the other side, bringing your left arm forward and your right arm behind your back.
