Scapula Push-Up
  1. 1 - Begin in a push-up position with your hands under your shoulders and your body straight, like a plank.
  2. 2 - Without bending your arms, focus on pulling your shoulder blades together. Imagine trying to pinch a pencil between them. This will cause your chest to sink slightly toward the ground.
  3. 3 - Now, reverse the movement by pushing your shoulder blades apart. Imagine you’re trying to create space between them while keeping your arms straight. This will lift your chest upward.
  4. 4 - Alternate between squeezing your shoulder blades together and spreading them apart. This exercise helps improve shoulder stability and posture.
