Pike Push-Up Between Chairs
- 1 - Place three sturdy chairs in a triangular formation, with two chairs for your hands and one for your feet.
- 2 - Position yourself with your hands on the seats of the two chairs and your feet on the seat of the third chair, forming an inverted “V” shape.
- 3 - Keep your feet together and your toes on the chair’s seat.
- 4 - Ensure your hands are slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.
- 5 - Lower your head towards the space between the two chairs supporting your hands by bending your elbows, keeping your body in a straight line.
- 6 - Push back up to the starting position by extending your elbows.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
