Dumbbell Snatch
  1. 1 - Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in one hand by your side.
  2. 2 - Bend your knees slightly and lift the dumbbell by straightening your hips and knees. Keep it close to your body.
  3. 3 - Pull the dumbbell upward, bending your elbow, and catch it overhead in a squat position.
  4. 4 - Stand up from the squat while keeping the dumbbell overhead.
  5. 5 - Carefully lower the dumbbell back to the starting position to complete the repetition.
  6. 6 - Switch hands as you lower the dumbbell and then repeat the exercise.
