Alternating Superman
  1. 1 - Begin by lying face down on a mat or a comfortable surface with your arms extended forward and your legs straight.
  2. 2 - Simultaneously lift your right arm and your left leg off the ground as high as comfortably possible. Keep your head in a neutral position, looking down at the floor.
  3. 3 - Hold this position for a second or two at the top, focusing on squeezing your lower back and glutes.
  4. 4 - Slowly lower your right arm and left leg back to the ground.
  5. 5 - Now, lift your left arm and your right leg off the ground, holding for a moment, and then lower them back down.
  6. 6 - Continue to alternate between right arm/left leg and left arm/right leg for the desired number of repetitions or time.
