Bosu Ball Single-Leg Stand
  1. 1 - Place a Bosu Ball flat side down on the floor.
  2. 2 - Stand beside the Bosu Ball and choose one leg to start with.
  3. 3 - Step onto the flat side of the Bosu Ball with the chosen leg, positioning it in the center of the ball.
  4. 4 - Keep your core engaged and your back straight.
  5. 5 - Lift the opposite foot off the floor and find a focal point to help with balance.
  6. 6 - Maintain your balance on one leg on the Bosu Ball for 15-30 seconds, or as long as you’re comfortable.
  7. 7 - If you’re new to this exercise, you can start with holding onto a stable surface or wall for support.
  8. 8 - Lower your lifted foot to the floor and switch to the other leg to perform the Single Leg Stand on the Bosu Ball.
