Shoulder Rolls
1 - Stand or sit comfortably with a straight back.
2 - Relax your shoulders.
3 - Inhale, lift both shoulders toward your ears.
4 - Exhale, roll your shoulders back and down in a circular motion.
5 - Repeat this circular motion for 10-15 seconds.
6 - Reverse the direction, rolling shoulders forward.
