Shoulder Rolls
- 1 - Stand or sit comfortably with a straight back.
- 2 - Relax your shoulders.
- 3 - Inhale, lift both shoulders toward your ears.
- 4 - Exhale, roll your shoulders back and down in a circular motion.
- 5 - Repeat this circular motion for 10-15 seconds.
- 6 - Reverse the direction, rolling shoulders forward.
