Medicine Ball Slam
- 1 - Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a medicine ball with both hands in front of your chest.
- 2 - Stand tall and engage your core muscles.
- 3 - Raise the medicine ball overhead, fully extending your arms.
- 4 - Explosively slam the medicine ball down onto the ground in front of you. Use your whole body to generate force.
- 5 - As you slam the ball, bend your hips and knees, and use a strong downward motion to create impact.
- 6 - After the ball hits the ground, either catch it on the rebound or retrieve it from the ground.
- 7 - Perform the desired number of repetitions, focusing on powerful, controlled movements.
