Push-Up 3-Point Hops
  1. 1 - Start in a push-up position with your hands on the ground, slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.
  2. 2 - Keep your body in a straight line from head to heels, engaging your core.
  3. 3 - Perform a push-up.
  4. 4 - After the push-up, jump both of your feet to the left side, landing them next to your left hand.
  5. 5 - Jump your feet back to the starting push-up position.
  6. 6 - Perform another push-up.
  7. 7 - After the push-up, jump both of your feet to the right side, landing them next to your right hand.
  8. 8 - Jump your feet back to the starting push-up position and continue the sequence.
