Kettlebell Overhead Lunge
  1. 1 - Stand up straight with a kettlebell held overhead in one hand, arm fully extended.
  2. 2 - Take a step forward with one foot into a lunge position.
  3. 3 - Lower your back knee towards the ground while maintaining the kettlebell overhead.
  4. 4 - Push off your front foot to return to the starting position.
  5. 5 - Repeat the lunge with the kettlebell in the other hand and the opposite leg.
