Kettlebell Overhead Lunge
- 1 - Stand up straight with a kettlebell held overhead in one hand, arm fully extended.
- 2 - Take a step forward with one foot into a lunge position.
- 3 - Lower your back knee towards the ground while maintaining the kettlebell overhead.
- 4 - Push off your front foot to return to the starting position.
- 5 - Repeat the lunge with the kettlebell in the other hand and the opposite leg.
