Standing Lateral Stretch
1 - Stand up straight with your feet hip-width apart.
2 - Bend your left arm and place your hand behind your head, with your elbow pointing out to the side.
3 - Exhale and gently lean to the right, stretching your left arm overhead.
4 - Feel the stretch along the left side of your body.
5 - Inhale as you return to the center, with your arms in the same position.
6 - Exhale and repeat the stretch, this time leaning to the left side with your left hand behind your head and your right arm extended by your side.
7 - Continue this dynamic side-to-side movement for 15-30 seconds, breathing rhythmically.
