  1. 1 - Set up a cable machine with a low pulley attachment.
  2. 2 - Adjust the weight to an appropriate level.
  3. 3 - Stand facing away from the machine, feet shoulder-width apart.
  4. 4 - Grasp the handle or attachment with one hand, positioned near your hip.
  5. 5 - Keep your core engaged and chest up.
  6. 6 - Lift your arm forward and upward, focusing on engaging the lower chest.
  7. 7 - Control the descent as you bring your hand back to the starting position.
  8. 8 - Repeat for the desired number of reps, then switch to the other arm for balance.
