Cable Lat Pulldown Supinated Grip
  1. 1 - Attach a bar to the high pulley of a cable machine and adjust the weight to a level that you can comfortably lift.
  2. 2 - Sit on the machine with your knees comfortably under the pads, your feet flat on the floor, and your hands grasping the bar with an underhand grip (palms facing towards you).
  3. 3 - Engage your core muscles by drawing your belly button in toward your spine.
  4. 4 - Pull the bar down towards your chest by contracting your lat muscles, keeping your elbows close to your sides and your chest up.
  5. 5 - Hold the position for a second, feeling the contraction in your lats.
  6. 6 - Slowly release the bar back to the starting position with control, keeping your arms straight but not locked.
  7. 7 - Repeat the exercise for the desired number of repetitions.
