Lying Crossover Leg Stretch
- 1 - Lie on your back on a flat surface, such as a yoga mat or the floor.
- 2 - Extend your arms out to your sides, forming a “T” shape with your body.
- 3 - Lift your right leg off the ground, keeping it straight, and slowly cross it over your body toward your left side.
- 4 - While crossing your leg, try to keep your right shoulder on the ground.
- 5 - Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds, feeling a gentle stretch in your lower back and hip.
- 6 - Return your right leg to the starting position.
- 7 - Repeat the stretch on the other side, lifting your left leg and crossing it toward your right side.
